HSO is looking for a dynamic and motivated Support Services Delivery Coordinator to join our Managed Services team.About The RoleReporting directly to the CTO, you\'ll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of contracted service tasks as outlined in our HSO Support Agreements for our Dynamics 365 customers.

You\'ll manage support tickets, uphold SLAs, and work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality resolutions.ResponsibilitiesOversee delivery of contracted service tasks for assigned HSO customersManage support tickets : prioritisation, resolution tracking, SLA compliance, and budget adherenceDrive customer satisfaction, retention, and engagementIdentify opportunities for service expansion and process improvementAct as the voice of the customer within HSO to align services with client goalsQualificationsWhat You\'ll Bring3+ years experience in Managed Service environments, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent time management and organisational abilitiesA customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle complex discussions diplomaticallySelf-motivation and the ability to perform under pressureBenefitsWhy Join Us?
