The role | Te tūnga
As Senior Advisor – Information Systems, you will report to the Unit Manager Data and Information Management and work in close partnership with the Data and Information Management team. You will provide advanced operational support for information management systems and processes, bridging technical operations and advisory functions. You will support the delivery of best practice data and information management, contribute to continuous improvement, and provide specialist advice. You will coach and support junior team members, work closely with senior technical staff and partner with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
The key to success in this role is being skilled at developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, listening carefully to understand needs and then finding mutually beneficial solutions that uplift information management practices.
The suite of MS365 tools and systems is evolving rapidly along with the need to integrate with other systems and platforms. The position will require continuous learning and the ability to research problems and find innovative solutions.
