About the roleAbout the role Kess Hair and Beauty is seeking an experienced and talented Hairstylist to join our thriving salon in the heart of Hamilton Central Waikato.

As a full-time Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our loyal client base, ensuring they leave our salon feeling confident and beautiful.What you'll be doingProviding a wide range of hairstyling services, including cutting, colouring, perming, and hair treatmentsStaying up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to provide cutting-edge stylesOffering personalised hair consultations to understand each client\'s unique needs and preferencesMaintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive salon experience for all clientsContributing to the overall success and growth of the salon through active participation in team meetings and initiativesAdhering to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to provide a safe and hygienic working environmentWhat we\'re looking forMinimum 2-3 years of experience as a qualified HairstylistExcellent haircutting, colouring, and styling skillsStrong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clientsA creative flair and passion for the latest hair trends and techniquesExcellent time management and organisational skillsA positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the salonAble to work a flexible schedule including weekends, late nights and public holidays as per the Salon timings on Monday to SundayGreat presentation and personal hygiene, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environmentMaintain a clean work environment, and follow health and safety proceduresWhat we offerAt Kess Hair and Beauty, we are committed to providing our team with a supportive and collaborative work environment.
