Responsible for quality control of stainless steel fasteners at New Zealand's leading supplier, with a focus on inspections, data analysis, and process improvement.Your roleKey responsibilities include : Conducting regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities.Analyzing quality control data, generating reports, and providing recommendations for process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.Managing the PMI (Positive Material Identification) testing programme and maintaining the X-Ray Spectrometer, including regular calibration and servicing.Outsourcing and managing any additional QC testing required (e.g., tensile testing).
