OverviewPlay a key role in our transformational Digital Engineering Advisory team who listens to the information requirements of clients and works closely with asset owners, design teams and construction team partners to lead a pragmatic digital approach to the management and delivery of project and asset information.ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients and stakeholders to understand their asset information requirements (hierarchy and metadata) and communicate these to project teams early in the process.Lead Digital Engineering workflows (from briefing to execution planning, and asset data creation and validation) through the design, construction and handover phases on projects.Develop, implement and monitor Model Development Schedules / Information Delivery Plans to make digital engineering practices actionable.Work with construction delivery partners and clients to train and help them implement digital engineering processes (asset data creation, handover and validation) with their supply chains.Lead the setup and ongoing management of digital design coordination tools and processes including clash management.Establish quality control procedures to check that all models are federated and coordinated, and that development levels meet project requirements.Conduct design reviews in collaboration with Design and Project Managers.Use digital models / visualization techniques to support Digital Design and Safety in Design workshops.Maintain competency with international standards and local practices such as ISO 19650 series and the NZ BIM Handbook.Lead and mentor junior team members on projects, contributing to capability and performance development across the discipline.About the role and teamWorking in a multi-disciplinary environment, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver significant and complex projects across sectors including aviation, defence, education, commercial, health, transport and utilities.

You will be a tertiary-qualified professional with proven experience in Digital Engineering services within the construction sector, aligned with NZ market practices.
You will have experience in information management per ISO 19650, digital engineering planning and delivery, and providing strategic digital engineering advice.
You will enjoy building relationships, leading people, applying commercial judgement, and solving complex problems with clients.You should be energetic, proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic about teaching others while learning.
