Service Consultant (Bodyshop & Paint)

Responsibilities

Coordinate with insurance companies or surveyors on own-damage, windscreen, and third-party claim assessments.

Assist customers with filing accident reports and prepare repair quotations for insurer submission.

Follow up on liability assessments, claim approvals, and repair authorisations.

Keep customers informed on claim outcomes and repair progress.

Organise and prepare all documentation related to own-damage, windscreen, and third-party claims.

Monitor claim authorisation status, parts availability, and the overall repair workflow.

Support the B&P admin team with payment vouchers for LOU, medical claims, coating, and related matters.

Finalise repair costs with insurers or surveyors upon completion of repairs.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior.

Requirements

NITEC in Automotive Technology or equivalent.

Strong understanding of automotive components and systems.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
