Join our Life & Health channel to protect farmers, families, and businesses - the backbone of New Zealand's economy.
As a Sales Development Manager, you'll provide one-on-one technical and sales coaching / mentoring to our Life & Health Advisers.

Key Responsibilities :
Ensure good client risk conversations
Achieve new business growth
Maintain client retention and service levels
Provide high-level technical support
Support good client outcomes
Adhere to legislative standards and FMG best practices
About You :
Leadership experience in Personal and Business Life Insurance markets – this is essential!
Commitment to delivering good client experiences and outcomes
Proven success in building and executing growth strategies
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external parties
Hands on approach with excellent communication skills
