Senior Finance Executive – $5000 +Aws+Vb (Id : 686332)

Responsibilities

Prepare daily cashflow reports to ensure liquidity and appropriate fund distribution

Ensure timely month-end closing and accurate financial reports in alignment with established accounting standards

Develop and finalize monthly management reports, financial schedules, and analytical insights for management evaluation.

Supervise AP and AP functions, overseeing billing, payments, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations

Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes by supplying relevant financial insights and analyses

Prepare quarterly GST returns to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Support tax filing preparations, which include schedule management, tax computations, and coordination with tax professionals

Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation while liaising with external auditors for annual audits

Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data and promote seamless coordination between finance and operations

Calculate and verify monthly finance commission payouts

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive or trading sectors is advantageous

Strong grasp of accounting principles and reporting standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP software
