Senior Client Executive
Marsh is seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Benefits team. This hybrid role will be based in either the Wellington or Auckland offices and requires working in the office at least three days a week.
What you will do
- Act as the people risk adviser and SME for the Corporate, Commercial and mid‑market client portfolio, building strong relationships with clients and sector stakeholders.
- Deliver total client management including relationship building, customer service, advisory support, renewal processing and claims advocacy.
- Proactively identify and develop revenue opportunities within the portfolio in conjunction with the business development team and consistently meet retention and revenue targets.
- Deliver training to large groups of people as and when required at client induction programs.
- Manage large or complex claims, assist in negotiating equitable settlements and advocate between client and insurer.
- Own administration and technical workflows including policy installation, enrolment data capture, annual pricing renewals, insurance manuals, system records and reporting while ensuring compliance with company procedures and Errors and Omissions requirements.
What you need
Level 5 Accreditation – Life & Health, or actively working towards completion.Background in life and health employee benefits with strong product knowledge and a customer‑centric focus.Strong written and verbal presentation skills, high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities within a team environment.Commitment to complete all required online training modules for MMC and subsidiaries and to adhere to professional standards and compliance processes.What makes you stand out
