Key Responsibilities :
Plan and manage the operations of programmes and modules
Plan, manage and monitor budgets, expenditure and assets
Administer and coordinate timetabling / scheduling of classes, as well as assist in booking of facilities
Assist in collation and submission of results, and preparation of reports and presentations
Administer procurement processes
Organise and manage assessments and events such as briefings, meetings, talks, workshops and dialogue sessions
Assist in recruitment processes and publicity support, inclusive of content and materials collation
Provide administrative and secretariat support for meetings including minutes-writing
Provide guidance and support to students on admission applications, matriculation, module registration, exemptions, examinations, withdrawals, leave of absence, financial assistance, and other administrative procedures.
Work closely with counterparts across programmes and divisions
Support accreditation matters for related programmes
Handle general feedback from students and public
Research and analyse for various programme performance indicators to support the roll-out and operational effectiveness of programmes
Review and improve work processes
Other programme support assignments as required by Cluster, Programme or Head of Division
Requirements :
A degree from a recognized Institute of Higher Learning, or extensive skills or experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferably with experience in a similar position / educational environment, with exposure to systems and operational work
Meticulous and analytical in information gathering and resource support
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
Good written and communication skills.
A highly motivated individual and a good team player.
Adaptive, with good monitoring skills and able to perform independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with automation tools, Systems Thinking and Lean Transformation models would be an advantage.
