Reporting to the Sales Manager, this field-based role covers the Auckland region, driving growth across our customer network.What You'll DoMake a Difference : Drive profitable growth across your defined territory by developing key relationships with customers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.Innovate and Solve Problems : Identify opportunities to grow market share and deliver specification through strategic engagement and collaboration with the Engineering team.Collaborate : Work closely with internal teams including project coordinators, marketing, operations, and customer service to deliver a seamless customer experience.Champion Continuous Improvement : Support strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.What You'll BringStrong influencing and relationship-building skills to solution-sell products and services.Proven ability to deliver sales results through data-driven decision making and project forecasting.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a mechanical aptitude and focus on customer value.A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.Construction industry experience (preferred).
