Above all, we welcome people who share our vision of contributing and value-adding to the community by providing quality carpentry, construction, renovation services at affordable prices.Job Scope : Responsible for the overall project management, planning, design and execution.Administer all site works, including costing, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.Coordinate with contractors and other trades to ensure workmanship, timelines, technical and safety aspect are met in accordance to statutory and client requirementsPreparation of tender / quotation / drawings documentCheck and analyses drawing, authority requirements and tender specificationsLiaise with client with regards to the project and follow up on new projects.RequirementsStrong leadership, organisation and planning.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Able to work after office hours and under pressure to meet timeline of project.
