Single / Couple Store Managers

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Single / Couple Store Managers - to join our Relief / Permanent Management Team , supporting day-to-day operations across multiple store locations.

Description

We are seeking passionate single & management couples to join our dynamic team in one of our remote locations. This is not just a job- it’s an adventure! You’ll have the chance to work side by side, share your retail expertise, and collaborate closely with community while exploring some of Australia’s most isolated locations. You will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community while upholding the store’s commercial performance and reputation.

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision
• Provide effective leadership and mentoring to in-store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies
• Maintain excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service
• Support with staff training initiatives
• Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and team members.
