We're now looking for a Café Assistant for our Trentham Village who shares our love for people and hospitality.ResponsibilitiesYou'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our café.

From making great coffee to creating tasty cabinet food and light meals, you'll help make our café a warm and welcoming place for residents, their families, and visitors.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include : Preparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standardProviding outstanding barista servicesAssisting with catering for village events and resident functionsHandling cash and reconciling daily takingsYou'll work closely with the Chef Manager, Café Supervisor, and wider village team to deliver a café experience that's welcoming, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable.You will be required to work Wednesday and Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 2pm and Sunday 8am to 4pmQualificationsYou will bring a warm and positive approach to everything you do, along with : Previous hospitality or café experienceSuperb barista skillsA warm, friendly personality with great customer service skillsExcellent communication and the ability to multitaskThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamAdditional InformationWhen you're part of the Summerset team, you belong to a place where your work has real impact, who you are is fully embraced and where your career flourishes.
