Job Description

We believe that a great cup of coffee and a warm smile can brighten anyone’s day. We are more than just a café; we are a community hub, a space for connection, and a team that supports and looks out for each other. We’re now looking for a Café Assistant for our Trentham Village who shares our love for people and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standard
• Providing outstanding barista services
• Assisting with catering for village events and resident functions
• Handling cash and reconciling daily takings

You’ll work closely with the Chef Manager, Café Supervisor, and wider village team to deliver a café experience that’s welcoming, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable.

The hours of work are : Friday and Saturday 8am to 3.30pm, Sunday 10am to 2pm.
