Senior Entertainment Specialist Overview

Join TAG as a full-time Senior Entertainment Specialist, managing complex, high-end travel for VIP and entertainment clients.

You'll create detailed itineraries, ensure service excellence, and support both clients and team members while helping drive revenue and innovation.

Responsibilities & Duties

Independently manage VIP client travel, including air, rail, hotel, and ground bookings.

Design complex itineraries, ensuring budgets and specific needs are met.

Handle ticketing, reissues, and resolve client issues to the highest standards.

Negotiate vendor rates and manage profitability for assigned client portfolio.

Oversee administrative tasks, client payments, and financial reconciliation.

Ensure accurate data entry (PNRs in Galileo) and adherence to compliance standards.

Mentor junior team members and support internal training initiatives.

Maintain strong vendor and client relationships; represent TAG at events.

Identify and share business opportunities and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

4+ years in travel consulting, ideally with VIP or entertainment clients.

Strong GDS knowledge (Travelport / Galileo preferred), fares, and reissues.

Excellent communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable under pressure.
