The roleAs a part time retail assistant you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, and ensure we meet our sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with our customers.Meet and exceed daily sales targets.First point of contact for phone and email enquiries.Merchandise and restock shelves, ensure all products are ticketed and pricing is current.Operate computerised tills and barcode readers to scan items.Accept payments for goods.Keep the store clean and tidy.Assist with picking / dispatching of Online store orders when required.Ensure all end of day processes are completed correctly, on time, every day.Participate in all aspects of stock takes.Actively participate and take responsibility for your training needs to ensure you are an expert on all RVSC's products and systems.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORProven retail sales experience of at least 1 yearExperience in RV, marine, kitchens, plumbing or vehicle sales is an advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, energetic team player with a great sense of humourHours : 32 hours per week, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 8.00am - 4.30pmWhat we offer : A fun, supportive, vibrant place to workOpportunity for growth and development within the team, across NZ and the GlobeCompetitive payrate and benefitsIf you're passionate about providing excellent customer service, and being part of an iconic New Zealand brand, we'd love to hear from you!
