Key Responsibilities

• Itinerary Design : Create customized travel plans tailored to each client’s preferences, including adventure activities, leisure experiences, accommodations, transportation, and dining options.
• Client Consultations : Conduct virtual meetings or calls with clients to gather travel interests, expectations, and budget details.
• Supplier Coordination : Work with trusted tour operators, activity providers, and travel vendors to secure the best options and pricing for clients.
• Booking Management : Oversee all travel bookings and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and a smooth planning process.
• Customer Support : Provide support to clients throughout the planning process and during their trips, handling changes or emergencies with professionalism.
• Travel Research : Stay current on adventure and leisure travel trends, destination updates, and seasonal offerings to enhance itinerary recommendations.
• Post-Trip Engagement : Follow up with clients after their trips for feedback and encourage repeat bookings or referrals.
