About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and inspiring Team Leader to join our dynamic team at our Dunedin Airport branch. This on-site role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring our team consistently delivers the exceptional customer service GO Rentals is known for.

The role will involve :

• Leading and motivating a team to achieve daily operational goals and customer service standards.
• Providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to team members.
• Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations within the branch.
• Championing a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Contributing to the overall success and reputation of GO Rentals.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Organisational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork. Must have a valid driver's licence (restricted accepted if full can be sat in 3 months' time).
