Job Description
- Review and enhance existing fund management practices in accordance to NUS policies.
- Long term strategic planning for the sustainability of the Housing Sinking Funds.
- Cashflow Management.
- Capital Expenditure Planning and Projection.
- Optimize the investment of uncommitted funds.
- Ensure effective communication to all levels to ensure clear management direction and alignment.
- Maintain good documentation of the cashflow and investment position at all times.
- Data submission for the monthly reports and progress updates.
- Support the vision and mission of Campus Life Housing Services and NUS.
- Any other duties as required by the Director.
Qualifications
Degree with at least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.Experience in Finance Management, Banking or related industries.Strong analytical skills and demonstrated capabilities in the successful implementation of cross-functional initiatives and capital projects.Team-player with excellent written and oral communication as well as strong people skills.Strong understanding of Economics & Financial principles.Good analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills including cost benefit analysis skills.Good organizational / planning and administrative skills.Passionate in working with a diverse population comprising staff, students, customers and stakeholders.More Information
