What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide specialist project management services across a diverse portfolio of projects and clients, including :
- Leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams to deliver infrastructure projects and / or programmes from business case through to construction
- Managing design packages for transport, energy, water, waste, commercial, and environmental infrastructure
- Implementing project controls : financial tracking, earned value reporting, risk and contract management, compliance, and quality assurance
- Coordinating inputs from technical disciplines including geology, hydrology, geotechnical, structural, and contaminated land
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement, including regulatory bodies and client workshops
- Promoting digital tools and sustainable practices across project delivery
Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in project / design management, ideally in civil infrastructure, energy, or water sectorsProven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projectsStrong stakeholder engagement, contract and financial management skillsExperience in a design‑centric consulting environmentExcellent communication and report writing skillsFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and strong Excel capabilityPMP or similar project management qualification (or interest in pursuing one)Ngā Hua | What We Offer
