Junior / Intermediate Bas Accountant

My client in the Waikato is on the hunt for a strong Junior or Intermediate Accountant to join their best-performing team.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance-related documents for a diverse range of clients.

Provide support in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses.

Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality services and exceed client expectations.

Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive solutions.

Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Working towards finishing your CA / CPA.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or similar platforms.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work within deadlines.
