The role is responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support, maintaining accurate documentation, records, and reporting, and facilitating effective communication among team members.Key responsibilities include : Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project teamManage data entry, document control, and digital / hard-copy filingCoordinate purchasing, approvals, supply restocking, and service bookingsOrganise project events, asset movements, and supplier interactionsMaintain accurate project records, site diary, and reporting (e.g. S-Chart, manhours)Ensure availability and filing of forms (e.g. emissions, incidents)Support internal communication by scheduling meetings and documenting discussions as requiredDesired Skills and ExperienceProven experience in administrative support, ideally in a project-based environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent (administration training / certification desirable)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systemsExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailEffective communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindsetAdaptable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesApproachable, personable, and process-focusedFull NZ Driver's Licence, class 1.Missing a few attributes or level of experience that we're looking for?
