About The Role
- Advance the mission of The Salvation Army
- Effectively provide property services for the transitional houses and occupants of the properties.
- Support procurement and retention of properties for transitional housing
- Provide practical support and coordination for occupants entering and transitioning out of the transitional housing properties
- Ensure houses are clean, well maintained and provide a welcoming environment for occupants

Excellent people skills – able to connect with a variety of people and work well in a team environment.Some experience in property or tenancy coordination preferred.Experience in working within a social service or caring profession.Highly organised with excellent administration skills.Solution focused – good problem solver.Ability to be highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.A clean full driving licence.Excellent communication and listening skills.Our Offer To You

Monday – Friday; 8 – 4.30pm or 8.30 – 5pm.
Permanent / full time and will be 40 per week.
Salary
The starting salary / hourly rate for this role will fall between $29 and $33.
