This project seeks a talented videographer to craft a visually compelling short film, approximately 8–10 minutes in length, designed as a cinematic backdrop for a ballad. The film will be shot in 4K, 16 : 9 format, at either 30 or 60 fps, and will not require audio. The goal is to evoke deep emotion, encouraging viewers to reflect on their own lives, experience empathy, and ultimately feel a sense of hope. The storyline may feature one or two characters and should leave a lasting impression on the audience. Creative input is welcomed, with flexibility regarding the setting—whether indoors or outdoors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through film and an ability to convey emotion visually. Remote collaboration is possible, and examples of previous work are appreciated. This project is suitable for those who enjoy creating narrative‑driven, emotionally resonant short films and may lead to future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose a compelling storyline that aligns with the project's emotional objectives
• Film and edit an 8–10 minute short film in 4K, 16 : 9 format, at 30 or 60 fps
• Collaborate remotely with the project team to ensure creative alignment
• Select appropriate settings (indoor or outdoor) to enhance the narrative
• Direct and work with one or two actors as needed to achieve the desired emotional impact
• Deliver a polished, cinematic final product suitable for use as a visual background to orchestral music
• Provide examples of previous work to demonstrate storytelling and technical skills
