We’re looking for a talented Bid Writer to lead an intensive refresh of our bid and proposal collateral. This fixed-term role is based in our Napier studio (with flexibility), working closely with our CEO, Principals, Engineers and Business Support.

The opportunity

You’ll develop polished, consistent and high-quality material that tells Kotahi’s story and strengthens future tenders and business development efforts - from employee CVs and project data sheets to methodologies, common RFP responses, case studies, capability statements and reusable templates. It’s a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys turning technical content into clear, client‑focused copy.

What you'll bring

Proven experience as a bid / tender writer or copywriter / content writer (ideally in AEC / professional services).

Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills; sharp attention to detail.

Experience creating bid collateral (methodologies, CVs, RFP responses) and translating technical info into engaging copy.

Strong organization and the ability to deliver multiple pieces to deadline; collaborative stakeholder style.
