Where your expertise matters.

Key skills and experience we're looking for :

Deep experience in AI workflow engineering, delivering automation solutions

Hands-on expertise with Copilot Studio (or similar platform), building and optimising AI agents

Strong business analyst workflow process skills

Proven ability in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and agent prioritisation

Experience delivering user training and supporting technology adoption

Project experience and stakeholder management in large, complex environments

Technical architecture and system integration knowledge

Leadership skills, including mentoring and supporting others

A proactive, analytical mindset and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
