Three bedroom, private 1920s house with a bit of character. We are on the hill, up a path through bush with two sets of steps so would suit reasonably mobile people. Lovely view over Evans Bay. Handy to buses and you can walk into town, either via Mount Victoria or the road. About 35 mins to central Wellington. Wifi, Sky TV, central heating.

What we love about our area

We love this location. It feels private, has a bushy and harbour outlook. We have a lots of native birds. The walk up our path is the perfect decompression zone, and the house is a warm little haven that feels away from it all, but is still super close to central Wellington.

Our pet

Dates updated - apologies this is for approx 3 weeks and not a year! One very handsome, older gentleman who likes company and to sleep a lot. He's very friendly and a bit of a lap cat - depending on his mood. Silver, long haired. Likes to drink water from the tap, but otherwise pretty low maintenance.
