Online Shopper / Supermarket Assistant

Overview

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on the quality product and service we offer our customers here at New World Masterton.

This is a varied role. You will be in the Online department picking, packing and delivering, and also working in other departments' replenishing stock and assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading Click and Collect lockers
• Helping customers via telephone with order queries and product substitutions
• Delivering orders by vehicle
• Updating orders in the computer system
• Replenishing stock
• Helping customers in-store with enquiries
• Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times
