Your role is to set the direction required to enable great performance and develop the same commercial focus in your managers while ensuring company standards including compliance, retail disciplines, and human resources are adhered to.Thanks to your extensive experience in a senior store manager's role, you'll be a masterful motivator and be able to adapt your style to suit your audience.

You will be able to provide examples of times you've set challenging but achievable goals and provide clear and encouraging feedback.
