As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of buildings, equipment, and facilities.
Your primary goal will be to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in strict compliance.This role is integral to the facilities daily operations, ensuring the continuous functionality of essential systems.
You'll be working directly on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesPreventative Maintenance : Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all buildings to ensure they are well-maintained and safe.Timely Response : Promptly address property issues and coordinate with external contractors when necessary, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed within delegated authority levels.Building Warrant of Fitness : Assist in maintaining the annual Building Warrant of Fitness, including updating maintenance records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Equipment Maintenance : Ensure regular servicing and maintenance of equipment, promptly addressing any maintenance issues that arise.Health & Safety : Assist with resolving property-related Health & Safety issues and provide information for CAPEX planning.Long-term Planning : Maintain a long-term plan for building maintenance and equipment replacement.Fire Safety : Liaise with Fire Compliance to supervise evacuations and reporting.Projects : Assist with property-related projects as necessary.Other Duties : Perform other duties as reasonably assigned to meet business requirements.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone with relevant experience in managing facilities and maintenance.
Experience in similar environments is a bonus.
You should have a strong grasp of regulatory requirements and key operational standards.
Experience in the management of external service providers and a solid understanding of safety protocols is highly valued.Ready to Apply?
