2Ic Outdoor Garden - Ferrymead

2IC – Outdoor Garden Department

Mitre 10 Mega Ferrymead is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to step into the 2IC role in our Outdoor Garden department.

Responsibilities

Supporting the department team leader in daily operations and team coordination

Managing inwards goods and ensuring accurate stock receipting

Monitoring and addressing SLOB (slow-moving and obsolete) stock lines

Assisting with stocktaking processes and inventory accuracy

Planning and executing weekly routines, including rostering, merchandising, and promotional setups

Taking responsibility for the department in the team leader's absence

Supporting team development through coaching and process improvement

Delivering great customer service to our customers
