Procurement Performance Lead

We are seeking a Procurement Performance Lead to be an integral part of the Kotahi Vendor Management Team, delivering world-class procurement outcomes for Kotahi and its Customers.

The Procurement Performance Lead plays a crucial role in Kotahi’s procurement of ocean freight services from vendors through the effective formulation, execution and management of RFPs to market. The role requires a high degree of stakeholder engagement both internal and external, strong proficiency in handling and interpreting large files of cost data and the quantitative and qualitative analysis of vendor submissions, and ideally a solid understanding of the ocean‑freight commercial landscape and carrier pricing structures.

This is a full‑time, permanent role based in Kotahi's Auckland office.
