Tradeyard Customer Service

Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka Trade Team offers a dynamic role where you will work the Trade Drive-Thru, assisting Trade and DIY customers, stocking, merchandising and maintaining a tidy service area.

Responsibilities

Ensure interactions with Trade and DIY customers happen seamlessly and assist them with any requirements and queries.

Keep the drive-thru stocked, merchandised and tidy within the trade department.

Requirements

A focus on customer service.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Good multi-tasking skills and ability to learn and understand new products.

Ability to problem-solve and maintain high customer standards under pressure.

Good numeracy skills.

A very strong attention to detail and accuracy.

No restrictions on lifting products and be physically fit and capable.

Knowledge of building supply products is advantageous, but not a requirement if you are willing to learn.

Possession of a forklift licence would be highly desirable, but is not a requirement.

Applicants must be New Zealand citizens, residents, or holders of a current open work visa for New Zealand.
