Job Description Reporting to the Oracle core team manager, this is a 15-month fixed term contract created to assist with current business demands.
In this role, we are looking for an outgoing and autonomous operator with experience operating within our overall AP function to ensure our Oracle project is successfully rolled out to various business units.
In this role, you will : Support the Oracle project implementation Verify vendor details and transaction histories Gather business requirements for new systems on the payable end-to-end process Assist in the gap analysis with other project implementation team members Work closely with the project implementation team and provide input from the business on the payable system configuration Prepare testing scenarios and participate in the SIT and UAT testing on the payable related process in the new system Deliver trainings to end users Provide regular updates on the implementation progress follow up with stakeholders to get outstanding issues resolved This role is based in Parnell, Auckland.

Qualifications Here's what you'll bring to the table : A minimum of two years in an Accounts Payable role is essential Oracle experience is essential Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people at all levels across the organisation with a team mentality An ability to analyse reports whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality You will have excellent attention to detail, with a strong attitude to complete tasks correctly the first time.
In addition, you will have a good understanding of what "Best Practice" looks like, armed with a "can do" attitude to enable you to fulfil your role.
