Accounts Payable

We are currently seeking experienced Accounts Payable Officers for opportunities based on the city fringe of Auckland. These roles are ideal for individuals who thrive in a busy, high-volume environment and are confident working with a range of accounting systems.

The positions will involve end-to-end accounts payable responsibilities, including invoice processing, reconciliations, handling supplier queries, and assisting with month-end tasks. You will be part of a supportive finance team where accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential to success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable, ideally in a high-volume setting
• Strong systems knowledge and good understanding of ERP or accounting software
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Full working rights for New Zealand
• Immediate availability

Experience within the retail sector or other large, fast-paced industries will be highly regarded.
