We pride ourselves on offering unrivalled customer service and industry leading response times.ResponsibilitiesEstablishing and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customersGenerating new business through customer visits, phone calls and answering web enquiriesUsing our customer relationship management system to record customer visits, potential prospects, sales and lost ordersRepresenting Scot Agri at demonstrations to buyersEffectively handling customer issues and working to find the best solutionSelling used equipmentCarrying out used equipment reports both in the field and in the depotResponsibility for quotations, cost build-ups and profitability of dealsDelivering machine installation and familiarisation training on siteReviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets (targets are based on machine volume and extended warranty packages sold)Ideal CandidateExperience working in the agriculture industry and knowledge of agricultural machineryRelevant sales experience (preferred but not essential)Proactive and conscientious natureNegotiation skills covering price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers (or the desire to learn)Presentation and demonstration experienceStrong communication skills and a good understanding of the importance of excellent customer serviceGood computer skills with Microsoft Office packages and IT systemsBenefitsA competitive salary and uncapped commission schemePrivate HealthcareCompany vehicleLaptop, iPhone and iPadLife assurance of three times your salaryEnhanced pension scheme30 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day for every 2 years' service up to a total of 35 daysOption to buy / sell up to 5 days annual leave per yearHealthcare cash plan (company paid - value of £
