UAV Electronics Engineer
In this role, you will :
Develop UAV ground systems (servers, sensors, actuators, networking, power management)
Design for reliability (fail-safe, fault tolerance), testability, and maintainability
Design for qualification to EMC, environmental, and airworthiness standards
Develop system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses within the UAV ground system
Work closely with our close-knit multidisciplinary team (system engineering, aerodynamics, GNC, mechanical, software) to design, integrate, and deliver the next generation of UAVs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering / Computer and Communications Engineering
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Driven and resourceful and is able to conduct test independently
A collaborative team player with a bias for action to push for game-changing UAV capabilities
Experience in network design and architecture
Proficient in use of standard bench equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, signal generator)
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred : embedded systems, power electronics, electric machines, battery management
