Orchard Supervisor

Are you passionate about the agricultural industry and ready to take on a leadership role C & H Enterprises Limited is seeking a supervisor to oversee and manage orchard operations, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and productivity.

Hourly rate : $28 - $30 per hour.

Guaranteed hours : 30 per week.

Maximum hours : 50 per week.

Location : Bay of Plenty

Key Responsibilities :

Liaise with manager to plan and review contracts for supplying contract services

Oversee all work undertaken on the orchards and report to senior management.

Ensure senior management is aware of any issues or concerns related to the contracts and report on any other matters require further attention.

Assist manager with training and induction of new staff.

Oversee the planning and co-ordinating seasonal orchard activities.

Supervise the dy to day running of orchard while supervisiong staff and recording the work completed

Ensure all staff members submit their weekly timesheets or talies for wage payment.

Visit orchards and communicate with owners to ensure that work of the highest quality is perforemed on daily basis.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations as per the Company's Health, Safety Environment Policy
