Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organiseda Facility Maintenance Delivery Supervisor to join our team and ensure homes meet the required standards across our residential maintenance programmes.
This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of residential works, working closely with social and community housing providers, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams.
Success in this role requires a high level of coordination, planning, and accountability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage a variety of trades to ensure timely, high-quality work.
Plan and monitor job progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
Conduct quality assurance checks on completed work.
Manage job invoicing and ensure accurate documentation.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Track job performance and proactively resolve issues to keep work on schedule.
Qualifications
Trade knowledge is preferred but not essential.
Proven ability to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously from initiation to completion.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage authentically with tradespeople, clients, and customers.
Experience managing complex workloads and meeting tight deadlines is desirable.
Confidence in making informed decisions and balancing competing priorities.
