There's loads of new arrivals to try on all the time, an awesome environment where the tunes are pumping, and the BEST customers to hang out with every day.ABOUT THE ROLE This Sunday 9 : 00am -6 : 00pm, Monday 9 : 00am -6 : 00pm, Tuesday 12 : 00pm -3 : 00pm, Wednesday 12 : 00pm -6 : 00pm & Thursday 12 : 00pm -3 : 00pm, 28.5 hours per week role is for our next SUPERSTAR who will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Jay Jays customer.

You will also have : Ability to work in a fast paced environmentStrong leadership and good communication skillsPrevious management experience, preferably in retailAbility to motivate the team and drive brand standardsAbility to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targetsWHY JAY JAYS?
