About the Role
As Deputy Campus Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our Hamilton campus, connecting in particular with our youth to ensure Vision College is a welcoming, high-performing place to work and study. You’ll support and inspire our staff, champion academic and operational excellence, and help shape a positive student experience aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities
Student Experience & Campus Culture : Collaborate with Managers and Programme Leaders to deliver outstanding learning experiences. Lead and support staff to ensure they are equipped for success.
Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with industry partners, community groups, and other key stakeholders.
Academic Excellence : Support the delivery of high-quality education and ensure positive learning outcomes.
Operational Leadership : Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in systems and processes.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings :
A strong alignment with our values and a genuine desire to make a difference.
A commitment to upholding the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in all aspects of the role.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Experience in the tertiary education sector.
A relevant tertiary qualification (an adult teaching qualification is advantageous).
A track record of delivering quality outcomes and leading high-performing teams.
