We are seeking an inspiring and relationship-focused Education Manager to join our leadership team and guide the professional growth of our passionate kaiako. This is an exciting opportunity to influence quality practice, strengthen leadership capability, and make a meaningful difference for tamariki, whānau, and our communities.

In this role you will

• Provide professional leadership and mentoring to Head Teachers and teaching teams.
• Support the delivery of high-quality, culturally responsive teaching and learning aligned with Te Whāriki and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
• Lead professional growth, appraisal, and curriculum development processes across the Association.
• Contribute to strategic direction, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with staff, whānau, and community partners.
