We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a permanent full-time teacher (Y7–13) – biblical studies, starting 28 January 2026.Located on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast of Auckland, KingsWay is a high achieving, growing, state integrated Christian area school catering for Y1–13 students, with a growing roll of over 2,000 students.

Our staff are supportive and collaborative, and our work is inspired by love / aroha, heartened by faith / whakapono in Jesus Christ, and motivated by gospel hope / tumanako.Key responsibilities of the role include : Effectively engaging with and teaching biblical studies to students in Y11–13Contributing to the departments academic process and achievementRelating well and being culturally responsive to a diverse range of students and staff.The successful applicant will : Hold a theological qualificationConnect well with, and thrive on imparting their knowledge to Y11–13 studentsDisplay enthusiasm, leadership and a desire to see young adolescents in our Senior School understand, flourish, and grow in faith, Christian worldview, and knowledge of the scriptures.Enjoy effectively partnering with parents.An important condition of employment is that applicants must have a willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the Special Christian Character of KingsWay School.
