We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a permanent full-time KingsWay School Teacher (Years 7-13) - Biblical Studies, based primarily in our Senior School at our Senior Campus starting 28 January 2026.

Located on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast of Auckland, KingsWay is a high achieving, growing, state integrated Christian area school catering for Year 1-13 students, with a growing roll of over 2000 students.

Responsibilities

Effectively engaging with and teaching Biblical Studies to students in Y11-13

Contributing to the departments academic process and achievement

Relating well and being culturally responsive to a diverse range of students and staff

Qualifications

Hold a theological qualification

Connect well with, and thrive on imparting their knowledge to Years 11-13 students

Display enthusiasm, leadership and a desire to see young adolescents in our Senior School understand, flourish, and grow in faith, Christian worldview, and knowledge of the scriptures.

Enjoy effectively partnering with parents

You will enjoy contributing and promoting a biblically informed, Christ-centred worldview, including how this translates to supporting and growing our students' faith, and will protect and enhance our Christian character.All teaching staff are expected to uphold the special character of the School.
