About Kiwibank

Right now at Kiwibank we’re scaling our Transformation Team to deliver key programmes that will provide the foundations of a new generation of banking services for our customers. This is a senior role within the Transformation Team focused on risk and regulatory compliance in transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with business and technology teams to ensure transformed processes are designed to meet regulatory requirements and minimise operational risk through a control framework aligned to Kiwibank policies and standards.
• Manage programme risks, including delivery risks and change risks arising from programme outcomes.
• Collaborate across the business, transformation, and technology areas; influence and provide leadership in a diverse environment.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to build consistency and capability in risk practices across the team.
• Support the implementation of first-line operational risk practices and risk identification and management within change programmes.
