About The Role
Your responsibilities could be, but are not limited to
Support delivery of projects / deadlines by providing proactive coordination skills
Support in tracking of budgets, keeping up to speed with the volume and variety
Assisting your team in presentations, team meetings
Taking action points and holding your team accountable to their deadlines and timeframes
Supporting end of month expenses, financial reconciliation, keeping up to date and on track with budget requirements
Taking charge of scheduling the team where needed
About You
You will have at least 2 years experience in a fast paced administration or coordination position
You have total confidence in your abilities on the Microsoft Office Suite and other systems
Your key strength is attention to detail – you won't miss a trick
You enjoy supporting others in working to deadlines, timeframes
You are a multi-tasker and work well under pressure
You are a true team player who enjoys working across a wide range of tasks to support your high performing team
