About The Role

As GM Commercial Growth & Strategy, you will lead NTT’s revenue-generating functions under one strategic direction. You’ll drive commercial strategy, identify new growth opportunities (including acquisitions and partnerships), and support strategic execution across the organisation.

This is a senior leadership role reporting to the GM Tourism.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with NTT’s long‑term goals
• Drive Sales, Marketing, and Ancillary Revenue initiatives to deliver unified growth
• Evaluate new business opportunities including acquisitions, joint ventures, and alliances
• Deliver robust financial and strategic analysis to support investment decisions
• Build commercial capability across NTT and contribute to organisational strategy
• Champion cultural confidence and wellbeing across the organisation
