OverviewA great opportunity to lead a team and expand on your farming career with a large, progressive farming organisation.Competitive salary, health and life insuranceIdeal location – close to ReporoaOutstanding Four-bedroom accommodationThe OpportunityStep into a leadership role at Rotomahana Farm, where you'll contribute to a strategy focused on production and profit while prioritising core farming principles.As Farm Manager, you'll apply expert pasture management and feed budgeting to maximise productivity and drive growth.Lead a high achieving team of around four people, in daily operations, animal welfare, and sustainable practices to take this property to the next level.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate structured stock rotations and managing overall farm performance, physical and financialLeadership in health, safety, and wellness on the farm, driving a positive culture of risk awarenessCollaborating and communicating with the Business Manager on strategic planning and budgetsBuilding and maintaining robust rural networksBeing an ambassador for Pamu's brand reputation within the communityThis role also gives you an opportunity for hands-on familiarisation with Pamu systems and processes.

You'll gain proficiency in managing your own Farmax file and accurately recording data into FarmIQ.You'll have the full support of a Business Manager to help you settle into the role and assist in any areas where it's needed such as financial reporting, planning, or pasture management.
