Retail Associate

Executing consumers and sales promotion campaigns to ensure that monthly sales targets are met.

Provide a high level of service to customers and build good rapport with floor sales staff of the outlet assigned.

Increase sell-through through product demonstrations.

Close monitoring of stock with prompt ordering and clearing of slow-moving stock.

Attend to walk-in customers’ queries and sale of Canon range of products.

Provide support to major show / training programs / seminars as assigned.

Administration

Provide Market Intelligence and prompt feedback on competitors’ activities, promotions, and price changes.

Submit all sales incentives and time sheet on time.

Handle customers’ complaints and requests.

Ensure in-store displays are up to date and according to Company’s direction and brand guidelines.

Liaise with the outlet on display space allocation and support.

Maintain cleanliness of displays and the surrounding space.

Requirements

• At least O Level and above qualifications.
• Great communication skills and a pleasant disposition.
• Able to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays based on schedules.
• Comfortable interacting with customers.
• Comfortable working on retail hours.
• Comfortable taking on a contract role of 12-month renewable basis.
• Able to work at various locations within Singapore.
